Philips Panorama 1.0T
The Philips Panorama 1.0T is the world’s first truly open high-field MR with active shielding.
The Panorama has been designed with the customer in mind and offers superior patient comfort and access, particularly for children, elderly patients, clinically obese, claustrophobic, and those suffering from painful injuries.
The Philips MR offers advanced high-field performance to increase image quality; it is comparable to that of a cylindrical 1.5T MR.
Major benefits will be seen by patients with medical complaints of their extremities, such as their shoulders or elbows that can be placed in the isocenter of the magnet, giving superior clinical results that could not be achieved in a cylindrical system.
With stronger magnet and imaging capabilities, Magnetic Resonance Angiography’s can now be performed at Coral Desert Imaging Center.
More three dimensional imaging can be taken, while scan times for patients are decreased.
Siemens Somatom
We also offer the most popular CT; the Siemens Somatom. With its innovative design, the Somatom provides a completely open environment. It allows us to obtain images in a single breath hold, virtually eliminating motion artifacts, and providing excellent diagnostic information.
